Mr O'Grady is proud to have taken on the role of chair of the BCP in September 2021. 

The Brentwood Collaborative Partnership is a group of local primary schools who work together to improve outcomes for children across the Brentwood area.

Examples of our activities are:

• teachers across schools working together to moderate professional judgments
• an annual Headteacher conference and planning event
• a biannual conference for all school staff
• collaborate meetings and training for Deputy Headteachers, finance and office staff
• headteacher led training for support staff across a group of schools
